In Maranzana there is a very active Local Municipal Group of Civil Protection, which does its utmost to meet the various needs of the community, with a remarkable spirit of generosity and great commitment.
There is also the Maranzanese Alpini Group “Mons. Scarrone "who showed his self-denial in going to help first the earthquake victims in Ripe di San Genisio, then the people in the snow emergency in Basciano.
Furthermore, the Civil Protection of the Alpini of Maranzana supports the municipal one on many occasions.
