The Association was founded in 1965 by a group of young people.
In the seventies with a large participation of inhabitants commuters of Vinchio, the Association established the Saraceno Asparagus Festival, a typical Vinchio product, offering tourists a great lunch washed down by our great wines.
Renewed in spirit participated in several Festivals delle Sagre, established a choir, restored the Cantè j'ev.
With the help of many volunteers and willing partners, he built a party track on the grounds, still used today for the events taking place in the village.
In the eighties it continued its activity offering visitors local products and the cordial hospitality of a true country town.
The activity continues for thirty years with the same cooks presenting traditional dishes from Vinchio among which the most renowned are: “Tajarein and fasè” kneaded and prepared with lots of rolling pin, “Anchovies in the green”, “Pepperoni with bagna cauda” and finally the “Asparagus fritters”.
All this thanks to the work of many people who self-cancel in time of need and from old and young members.

A nice dish of asparagus
Wash the asparagus, clean them, bind them to small bunches and steam them. Once cooled, pass them to the natural butter and sprinkle with some good Parmigiano Reggiano and... enjoy your meal!
