The eco center is a public interest facility built by the Municipality of Nizza Monferrato and financed with its own funds.
Plays a fundamental ecological role in the context in which it is inserted. It represents the intermediate station in the waste management system, a place where the garbage already differentiated by users in their homes is subdivided by employees waiting to be transferred to the recovery centers.
The eco center is managed by ASP - Asti Servizi Pubblici S.P.A. - the parent company of the RTI awarded the tender 01/2013 pursuant to the REP contract no. 21/2014 signed on 19/03/2014 - under the authorization of the CBRA with note prot. 691/2016 of 06/05/2016.
The personnel present at the eco center are qualified and adequately trained in managing the various types of waste that can be transferred as well as on safety and emergency procedures in case of accidents.
