Outside the village, in the valley towards Passerano, in the locality of “Monasté”, once stood the church dedicated to St. Michael.
Still in fair condition in the 1960s, it is now reduced to a ruin and would need reevaluation, given the importance of the site.
On the right side you can still see the remains of a tomb, that of the Marquise Benedetta d'Ovando y Pereyra who, at the time, had the church restored, allocating his own sacellum to it.
The altar, which was recovered, was placed in the church of "La Madonnina."
