The chapel was built in 1879 as a result of a vow by villagers for the grace of a beautiful and abundant harvest. It was blessed by Bishop Pio Casetta in 1883.
The statue of the Heart of Mary was donated by Borio Camillo; that of St. John and St. Sebastian by Giovanni and Sebastiano Amasio.
The interior were refurbished in 1992.
Feast day: the second Sunday in November.
