The chapel dates back to 1966. Was designed, in modern style, by arch. Quaglia Don Alessandro. The construction company is Torchio Pio of Tigliole.
In this hamlet there was the chaplain until 1927 and the school until 1962.
Attached to the church is the house that was the chaplain's and then the school's, built on the area donated by Sesia Carlo was Battista (now renovated and privately owned).
The church was blessed on September 4, 1966 by Bishop Luigi Stella, Vicar of the Diocese. Titular: St. Francis.
