To celebrate the love and the indestructible bond between Canelli and the most precious "bubbles" of the territory (in Canelli, the first Italian sparkling wine was produced in 1865), a special rack was installed in February 2019 where lovers can insert the typical "mushroom corks" of the sparkling wine, personalizing them with their initials and / or their names.
